Claims process - Chalet insurance

Towergate Connect has a dedicated claims team who will give you the support you need until your holiday chalet, log cabin or lodge insurance claim is resolved. When necessary our specialist loss adjusters are available to help you.

The claims process is simple

• Call our dedicated claims team on 01708 777 720 for immediate advice
• Fill out the documentation that we send you via the post, or download a claim form
• Obtain estimates for repair and/or replacement, where possible
• If necessary, we can send someone to inspect the damage
• We will then authorise repairs or pay you the value of your claim
