Details and documents - Chalet insurance
We provide high value, buildings and contents insurance for your
holiday chalet, log cabin or lodge, on either managed or
purpose-built sites. We cover both brick-built and timber
constructions within England, Scotland and Wales.
We know that holiday chalet owners often use their property for
holiday letting, short breaks, weekend excursions and sometimes,
much longer holidays. That’s why, unlike other insurers, we have
tailored our policy to cover your property regardless of whether it
is empty, you and your family are using it or you are letting it
out to others.
We also give you and anybody renting your property access to a
24-hour emergency helpline: a trained advisor with local knowledge
will help you source a tradesman if you have a domestic emergency
such as a burst pipe.
Our insurance specialists understand your needs as a holiday
chalet owner and will give you expert advice and an efficient
service. Please call us on 0844 892 1755.
