Main exclusions

• Accidental damage cover not covered when chalet property is sublet
• No cover for theft if the minimum security requirements are not met
• Cover cannot be provided if the chalet is not connected to main services
• We don’t cover items over £3,000 unless specified on your schedule
• When the home is unoccupied for a period of time cover is not available for escape of water unless certain conditions are met
