Renewals
Renewing your insurance policy with Towergate Connect is easy
and straightforward.
The process
- Contact us on 0844 736 8255 between 9:00am and
5:30pm weekdays (+44 1206 780 351 if calling from
outside the UK)
- Tell us you want to renew you policy
- We will process payment over the phone
It is helpful if you have your policy number handy. But don't
worry if you don't, we can identify you using other
information.
We will automatically remind you when your renewal is due so
that your cover does not expire.
- We will send you a letter 21 days before the renewal date of
your policy
- If we do not hear from you, we will send a reminder letter on
the renewal date
- If we still do not hear from you, we will call and remind
you
Payment methods
We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience.
- One-off payment by credit or debit card
- Monthly instalments by direct debit (this incurs a small
administration fee)
- Sending a cheque
Please call us if you have any questions or need assistance with
your renewal. If your renewal date has lapsed please let us know as
soon as possible.
